Charles Tan

Charles Tan is currently the APAC Risk & Control Lead at ByteDance, where they focus on compliance and governance in data center development. Previously, Charles held various positions at Microsoft, including Senior Manager for Internal Audit and Senior Risk Manager for the High Risk Deal Desk, where they drove organizational improvements and enhanced risk culture. Charles began their career at PwC, serving as a Senior Associate and Manager in internal audit roles. They hold a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from Nanyang Technological University.
