Fedor Balashko

Fedor Balashko is currently the Head of Sales for Agencies, Utility Apps, and Fintech at TikTok. They previously served as the Head of Sales for Utility Apps and Agency Partner at TikTok. Fedor has experience as a Business Development Manager at Mgcom, where they developed international sales strategies and built partnerships with various ad platforms. They began their career as an Account Manager and SEM Manager, working on notable projects for Google Russia. Fedor holds a degree in Applied Geodesy from Moscow State University of Civil Engineering.
