Kaue Curti

Kaue Curti has extensive experience in legal roles, particularly in technology, data protection, and telecommunications. At ByteDance, from July 2021 to February 2023, Kaue served as Global Lead Counsel for the Payments Business and Legal Counsel. Prior to that, Kaue worked as an Associate Lawyer at Pinheiro Neto Advogados and Mundie Advogados, both specializing in technology and data protection, from May 2019 to July 2021 and January 2018 to May 2019, respectively. Kaue began a legal career at B3 as a Lawyer from October 2013 to January 2018 and gained initial experience as a Law Student Intern at Almeida Guilherme Advogados Associados from April 2013 to September 2013. Kaue holds a specialization in Direito e Tecnologia da Informação from USP - Universidade São Paulo, completed in December 2021, and additional education from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in December 2018.
