Kyle Li

Kyle Li has extensive experience in human resources and professional services procurement, currently serving as the team leader of Professional Services Procurement and head of Lark People at 字节跳动 since January 2017. Previously, Kyle held various leadership roles at Willis Towers Watson, including Director and Senior Consultant, and served as HR Manager at 华润置地. An early career at 美世 as an Analyst provided a solid foundation in HR practices. Kyle holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, obtained in 2007.
