Marlina Mustapa

Marlina Mustapa is an experienced professional in community content management and customer service. Currently serving as the Community Content Management Team Lead at ByteDance since December 2021, Marlina focuses on overseeing community engagement initiatives. Prior to this role, Marlina held the position of Customer Service Team Lead at United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd from November 2010 to January 2022, where responsibilities included managing a team to enhance interpersonal skills and ensure exceptional customer service.
