Sherry Chen

Sherry Chen, MLS, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at ByteDance since May 2025, Sherry supports the global IT department by aligning HR strategies with business objectives and enhancing employee experience. Prior to ByteDance, Sherry held the position of Human Resources Director at Zeeba, where collaboration with leadership facilitated growth-oriented HR initiatives. Sherry's earlier experience includes a Senior Human Resources Manager role at China Eastern Airlines, where HR operations were managed for multiple North American offices, and foundational roles in HR and finance, including as a Tax Preparer and Vice Principal. Sherry holds a Master of Legal Study in Employment and Human Resources Law from UCLA and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business Management from Wichita State University.
