Tracy Yang

Tracy Yang serves as the General Manager EUI at BytePlus since February 2023, overseeing ByteDance's tech business in Europe and Israel. In the same timeframe, Tracy holds the position of Head of EMEA Partnership & Ecosystem at BytePlus. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Advisor on Scaleup Internationalization at Magic Leap Group, where Tracy provided strategic guidance to various companies on internationalization and growth in multiple regions. Tracy co-founded and led Magic Leap Edtech Group from 2016 to 2021, demonstrating a strong entrepreneurial background. Earlier roles include positions at Bristol-Myers Squibb, London Business School, ZTE Corporation, and equity research at AB Bernstein. Tracy holds an MBA from both London Business School and The Wharton School, along with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Technology from Chongqing University of Post and Telecommunications.
