Zilin Liu

Zilin Liu has extensive experience in human resources and people analytics, currently serving in multiple roles at 字节跳动 since August 2020, including HR Tech Operation and Analyst in People Analytics. Prior experience includes a role as Student Representative at Lockin U, facilitating career development and recruitment events for students, and an HR Internship at Catholic Charities of the East Bay, where Zilin focused on compensation and benefits analysis. Consulting experience includes work with Carlson Graduate Volunteer Consultants, developing targeted marketing plans for non-profits, and conducting employee turnover analysis as a Student Researcher at 政治大学. Zilin holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from National Chengchi University.
