Nick Hallam has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Nick began their career in 1988 as a Produce Department Assistant at J Sainsbury Plc while studying for their GCSE/A-Level qualifications. Nick then worked as a Sales Assistant at Olympus Sports in Croydon before joining Lloyds Bank Plc as a Management Development Trainee in 1990. After progressing through various roles in branch banking, they left the company in 1993.

From 1993 to 2011, Hallam held multiple roles at Embankment Engineering Limited, including Finance Manager and Managing Director. In these positions, they were responsible for financial controls, project management, and client communication within the lift and construction industries.

In 2012, they joined A.G. Major Engineering Solutions Limited as a Production Controller, where they implemented a new MRP software package and provided training to colleagues. Since 2013, Hallam has been working at Bytes Software Services. Nick started as a Licensing Admin Contractor and then moved on to become a Senior SAM Licensing Consultant. In this role, they provided advice on software asset management and managed customer satisfaction.

More recently, Hallam has taken on roles at Bytes Software Services as a Service Delivery Manager and Head of Service Delivery. In these positions, they have been responsible for managing the SAM team, defining and developing licensing and asset management services, and ensuring project delivery to a high standard.

Overall, Hallam's work experience spans over three decades and includes roles in finance, management, production control, and customer service.

Nick Hallam attended Ingram High School for Boys from 1983 to 1988, where they obtained their GCSE degree. Their field of study included Human Biology, Integrated Sciences, Further Integrated Sciences, Mathematics, and English Language.

Nick then went on to Purley 6th Form College from 1988 to 1990, where they pursued their A-Level degree. Their field of study included Pure Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.

In addition to their formal education, Nick Hallam has obtained several certifications, including the Surveil Academy Foundation Badge from escalla in September 2021, the IBM Certified Solution Architect - Cloud Pak for Data V2.5 from IBM in April 2021, the IBM Certified Solution Architect - Cloud Pak for Integration v2020.1 from IBM in March 2021, and the Software Asset Management (SAM) Professional Fundamental from ServiceNow in February 2021.

Other certifications earned by Nick Hallam include the Cloud Integration Sales Foundations, Cloud Management Sales Foundations, Digital Business Automation Sales Foundations, Hybrid Data Management Sales Foundations, Private Cloud Sales Foundations, and Sales Foundations for IBM SaaS from IBM in March 2020.
