Joe Joy

Joe Joy is an experienced professional in the IT and consulting sectors, currently serving as an Angel Investor and Advisor at byteXL since June 2021. From January 2018, Joe has held the position of Advisor and Head of Development Operations at GraphiteRx Inc., where the focus is on system development for the GraphiteRx platform. Prior experience includes managing consulting at Joy IT Consulting from May 2015 to December 2017, and serving as IT Program Director at DaVita Rx for a brief period. Joe also spent over a decade at HMS, initially as SVP - IT Core and then as SVP - CIO at Health Network Systems.
