Caitlin Padgett

Caitlin Padgett is an experienced software development professional with a robust background in various roles within the technology sector. Currently serving as Development Team Manager and previously as Senior Software Developer and Software Developer at Bytron Aviation Systems since November 2019, Caitlin has a solid foundation in software creation and management. Prior experience includes positions at Spencer Group from October 2016 to November 2019 as a Software Developer, Junior Developer, and Graduate Developer. Caitlin began their career as a Research Intern at the University of Hull in 2013, working on a driving simulation project using C++ in Unity.
