Ziv Ben-Tzour, MBA

Ziv Ben-Tzour has had extensive work experience in logistics, business development, and management. Ziv started their career with the Israel Defense Forces as a Commander of a Combat Infantry Company. Ziv then moved on to work as a Logistics Executive at the Embassy of Israel, where they planned and executed high-level state visits and managed contract negotiations with third-party contractors. In 2011, they became the General Manager of Owen Mills Company, a subsidiary of Defense Industries International, Inc. Here, they introduced a radio-frequency welding production line and led the development and implementation of long-term business plans, which secured foreign military finance contracts with the Israeli Ministry of Defense. In 2014, they launched their own company, BZ Defense LLC, where they were the CEO responsible for capturing, managing proposals and executing contracts for U.S federal government programs and contract vehicles.

Ziv Ben-Tzour, MBA received their Bachelor of Arts in Regional and Military Studies from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2004. That same year, they also earned a Bachelor's degree in Military Studies from The IDF Tactical Command College. Ziv went on to attend The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School from 2008-2010, where they obtained an MBA in Strategic Management.
