Roger Howard

Roger Howard is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at BZI since January 2024. Prior to this role, Roger held the position of Human Resources Manager at Genpak from September 2022 to November 2023. Roger's extensive background with Smithfield Hog Production Division spanned from August 1996 to September 2022, where roles included Regional Human Resources Manager, Complex Manager, Safety Manager, Lead Auditor, and Production Training Specialist, among others. Roger's expertise encompasses recruitment, employee retention, policy implementation, benefits management, and leadership training for a workforce of over 450 employees at the Utah operation. Roger is a graduate of Utah State University, where studies were completed between 1993 and 1996.
