Spencer Douglas

Spencer Douglas has a diverse background in various roles and industries. Spencer started their career in 2001 as a Property Manager at Leavitt Land & Investment and worked there until 2005. In 2006, they joined Piercy Bowler Taylor & Kern, CPAs as a Staff Accountant. Spencer then moved on to Phil Lyman CPA in 2007, where they served as a Tax Manager until 2008. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Senior Accountant at HintonBurdick CPAs & Advisors. In 2010, they joined Staheli West, Inc as the Director of Sales and Distribution Development, eventually taking on multiple roles within the company. In 2022, they transitioned to Renaissance Ag as the Head of Manufacturing, responsible for overseeing manufacturing functions. Their most recent positions include Chief Marketing Officer at BZI in 2022 and, later, at InnovaTech in 2023.

Spencer Douglas obtained a Master's degree in Accounting from Southern Utah University from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2005, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the same university. Additionally, in May 2022, Spencer received a certification from the Iron Leaders Academy, which is offered by Southern Utah University.
