Yaeji Son has worked in the fashion industry since 2010. yaeji began their career as a Fashion Design Intern at Ralph Lauren in 2010. In 2011, they moved to Elie Tahari as a Sweater/ C&S Knit Assistant Designer. yaeji then worked at Bernard Chaus, Inc. as a Sweater&Knits Associate Designer for Vince Camuto, CeCe by Cyntha Steffee and Chaus collection from 2012 to 2015. In 2015, they moved to Adrianna Papell as a Sportswear/ Day dress Knits & Sweaters | Designer. In 2017, they moved to Baby de la Baye, Inc. as a Design & Production Manager and also worked at B'zT, LLC as a Design & Product Manager.

Yaeji Son began their educational journey in 2004, when they attended Ewha Womans University and earned their Bachelor of Home Economics with a focus on Clothing & Textile. yaeji then attended the Fashion Institute of Technology from 2008 to 2011, where they earned their Bachelor of Fine Art with a focus on Fashion Design- Knitwear.
