Michael DeMos

Michael DeMos has a diverse range of work experience. Michael is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Victory 360, where they combine their expertise in manufacturing, mailing, logistics, and marketing to help clients achieve marketing results. Michael is also the President and Founder of Victory 360, utilizing their years of experience to provide comprehensive marketing solutions.

Prior to this, Michael DeMos was the Chief Executive Officer at C360, a full-service marketing agency that focuses on driving growth and delivering measurable results. Michael played a crucial role in connecting customers to brands and ensuring new business opportunities.

In 2012, Michael DeMos became a Founding Member of V360 Fundraising, LLC. Michael specialized in helping military non-profits raise funding through donations and focused on member acquisition, retention, and appeals.

Before their ventures in the marketing field, Michael DeMos worked at CMS as an EVP, Share Holder. Michael provided trusted marketing communications and document management solutions while delivering exemplary customer service to the clients. CMS was a single-source solution for Brand Management, Document Management, Distribution and Mailing, Managed Services, and Production Services.

Michael DeMos's early career included roles as General Manager at Airgas and Sales Manager at Praxair. Michael began their professional career as a Captain in the US Army, where they served from 1985 to 1990.

Michael DeMos attended McDaniel College from 1981 to 1985, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry. Prior to college, they attended St Pauls School from 1978 to 1981 for their high school education. Before that, from 1976 to 1977, they studied at Hereford High and transferred to St Pauls School after completing 8th grade.
