Kaltrina Novaj

Kaltrina Novaj is a Civil Engineering graduate from Manhattan University, having earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 2022. Currently serving as a Project Engineering Intern at C.A.C. Industries, Inc. since January 2021, Kaltrina has contributed to the Rehabilitation of the Grand Concourse Bridge Project by formulating components of the critical path method, collaborating on subcontractor schedules, and handling design-related inquiries and submittals. Previously, as an Assistant Superintendent at the same company during the summer of 2020, Kaltrina planned daily work schedules for teams involved in utility lines and ensured adherence to COVID-19 regulations while documenting work progress and resource usage.
