Thomas Tan

Thomas Tan has extensive experience in project management, estimation, engineering, and construction. Thomas has worked for various companies such as C. A. RASMUSSEN, INC., Lupine, Cobalt Construction Company, and the City of Los Angeles. Thomas has a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Civil Engineering from California State University, Northridge. Their roles have included project management, estimating budgets, preparing work-plans, SWPPP documentation, staff engineering, and internships in the City of Los Angeles.
