Sharad Waghchaure has a strong background in software engineering, with a focus on Android development. sharad started their career in 2010 as a Software Developer at Nebula Studios and then moved on to Subsyst services in 2011, where they worked as a Senior Android Developer. In 2012, they joined L&T Infotech as a Sr. Software Engineer, where they were responsible for requirement analysis, architecture design, and framework updates. Sharad then joined Winjit Technologies Pvt Ltd in 2014 as a Senior Software Engineer. In 2019, they joined C Ahead Technologies Inc as a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Android. Currently, they are working at immedia as a Team Lead.

Sharad Waghchaure attended SND College of Engineering from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Computer Engineering. Before that, they completed their primary education up to 10th class at Navarachna Vidyalaya from 2001 to 2002. In addition to their formal education, they also completed the Seed Infotech training program in August 2010 from SEED Infotech Ltd.
