Paul de Graaff is an experienced professional in human resources and project management with a focus on HR analytics, digital innovation, and strategic planning. Currently serving as the Group HR Projects & Analytics Lead at C-Care since January 2022, Paul has previously held roles including Manager of IT, Digital, Legal, Sustainability, and Projects at C-Lab, and Project Leader at Tropic Knits Group. Notable achievements include driving an Employee Engagement Survey across 15,000 employees at CIEL Textile and assisting in implementing digital HR systems at Aquarelle Group. Paul holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Rotterdam Business School.
