Vincent Frederic is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. As the Head of Information Technology and IT Project Manager at C-CARE since August 2021, Vincent has demonstrated strong organizational and management skills. Prior to this, Vincent served as a Business Development Manager at Paoma and was instrumental in establishing the Madagascar Branch for both IT Solvz and Prosafe Mauritius. Vincent's background includes positions at Megabyte Ltd, Microsoft Indian Ocean Islands and French Pacific, and CIEL - Beyond Horizons, where responsibilities ranged from developing business strategies to managing IT infrastructure. Vincent holds a Diploma in Information Technology and a certification as an M.C.S.A. from FRCI.
