Youvan Woomchurn

Youvan Woomchurn is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of HR at C-Care since February 2022, Youvan also holds the titles of Head of HR, Business Development & Operations Excellence for C-Care Uganda. Previous roles include Chargé d’Enseignement at Toulouse School of Management and Group HR Manager at DLB Construction Co Ltd. Youvan has also contributed as a Consultant in Organisational Transformation and held positions with the International Committee of the Red Cross as Regional HR Manager and Field HR Manager at Evaco Group. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in International Peace and Security from King's College London and a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from IAE FRANCE, among others.
