Chad Richardson

Chad Richardson has over two decades of experience in the construction industry, with a strong focus on estimating and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Estimating at C.D. Smith Construction, a position held since July 2011, Chad has also contributed as a Senior Estimator and Project Manager within the same company. Prior to this role, Chad worked at Miron Construction Co., Inc. from May 2000 to July 2011 as an Estimator. Chad received education from L.L. Wright, further enhancing expertise in the field.
