Christopher Jones

Christopher Jones has a comprehensive background in the field of IT, with a focus on systems and security engineering. Christopher is currently serving as the Director of IT at C.D. Smith Construction, where they began in February 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as a Systems & Security Engineer at Moraine Park Technical College from June 2022 to February 2023. Christopher also held the position of IT Systems Manager at Lakeland Care from June 2020 to June 2022. Christopher'sprofessional journey began at Quality Paint & Coatings in December 2010, where they served as the IT Manager for nearly a decade. In this role, they provided extensive support for hardware and software infrastructure, prioritized Windows OS and MS Office support, and ensured that staff and stakeholders had the necessary tools for their roles.

Christopher Jones earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Fox Valley Technical College from 2016 to 2017. Following that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in the same field of study from Herzing University from 2018 to 2019.
