Jamie Spartz

Jamie Spartz serves as the Director of Virtual Design & Construction at C.D. Smith Construction since February 2009, leading the integration of virtual design and construction processes. Jamie oversees trade coordination, prefabrication, safety planning, and the implementation of VDC practices in collaboration with design teams and subcontractors. Prior to this role, Jamie was the BIM Applications Manager at Gilbane Building Company, responsible for developing and supporting advanced BIM software, and served as the CAD/BIM Manager at Plunkett Raysich Architects, LLP, where responsibilities included software customization and training. Jamie's earlier experience includes architectural design roles at Plunkett Raysich Architects and Welman Architects, focusing on schematic design, documentation, and cross-discipline coordination.
