Mila Merchan

Mila Merchan possesses significant experience in the construction industry, currently serving as Project Manager II at C.D. Smith Construction since January 2016, where previous roles included Project Manager and Project Engineer. Prior to this position, Mila completed a construction internship at Continental Properties Company, Inc. and gained valuable insights during an internship at The Concord Group Milwaukee. Additionally, Mila contributed expertise as a translator for the International Molded Fiber Association, facilitating communication with Spanish-speaking clients. Educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering with a Structural Specialty from the Milwaukee School of Engineering, complemented by studies at Orange Coast College and Arnold O.
