Patty Guldan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in construction and project management roles. Currently serving as a Senior Estimating Coordinator at C.D. Smith Construction since February 2018, Patty skillfully manages bid processes and fosters relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and business growth. Prior to this role, Patty held the position of Assistant Project Manager at Cardinal Construction Co, Inc, where responsibilities included bid invitations, project scheduling, and compliance with state requirements. Earlier career experience includes management of electrical projects at Advanced Electric LLC, as well as a decade-long tenure at 323 Interactive, where Patty excelled in operations, human resources, and marketing. Patty began a career in construction as a New Store Coordinator for Claire's Inc. and holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
