Todd Wunderlich

Todd Wunderlich has extensive experience in construction management, currently serving as the Director of Development, Preconstruction Manager, and Project Manager at C.D. Smith Construction since November 2018. Prior to this role, Todd worked at Hoffman Planning, Design & Construction, Inc. from August 2010 to November 2018, where responsibilities included Senior Project Manager and Project Manager roles, focusing on project administration and budget management. Todd's career began at Utschig Inc. from 1997 to 2010, where design and development of construction documents were key responsibilities. Todd holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
