Shweta Jha

Shweta Jha has extensive experience in human resources and education, currently serving as Executive (HRD) and Manager P & HR at the Centre For Development of Telematics (C-DOT) since December 1999. Prior to this, Shweta Jha held the position of Lecturer at Gargi College, Delhi University, teaching subjects such as Clinical Psychology, Research Methodology, and Psychological Testing. Earlier roles include serving as a Batch Leader at Skyline Business School, where responsibilities encompassed course curriculum design, faculty recruitment, and student counseling, as well as working as an Assistant Personnel Officer at Tata Consultancy Services. Shweta Jha holds an MPHIL in Organizational Behaviour - Psychology, an M.A. in Applied Psychology (Organizational Behaviour), and a B.A. (Hons) in Psychology, all from Delhi University.
