Ebony Blue is the current Director at C.E.D.A. Ebony has also previously worked as a Manager, People Analytics at LinkedIn from December 2019 to August 2021 and as a Human Capital Consultant at PwC from June 2015 to December 2019.

Ebony has a successful track record of analyzing complex HR issues, implementing creative solutions and rolling out change management at companies in various life cycle stages. Ebony has served as a strategic partner to both HR and company leadership; encouraging them to inspire during times of change. Ebony has consulted with clients on the topics of: performance management, employee relations, compensation, org design, policies & procedures, culture and other related topics.

Ebony has advised on executive and staff talent selection, retention and severance during large transactions. Ebony has also conducted HR due diligence, executed large scale enterprise wide integrations, and supported divestitures and separations. Additionally, they have managed large projects with little direction while nurturing high performing cross-functional and cross-company teams. Ebony has derived talent strategies based on doing diligence on client employee populations.

Her other activities include project management, executive leadership engagement, succession planning, talent management, org effectiveness and workforce planning.

Ebony Blue earned their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - International Business from Ithaca College. Ebony went on to earn their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Ebony is certified by PwC in Digital Acumen and by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) as a Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent. Ebony is also certified by SHRM as a SHRM-SCP.
