Terry Melvin Heil

Terry Melvin Heil has over 25 years of work experience. Terry started their career as a Management Analyst at Star Mountain, Inc. in 1993 and worked there until 1999. From 2003 to 2007, they worked as a Project Manager, Consulting Services at Monster Government Solutions. Terry then joined Aon Consulting in 2007 and served as a Project Manager, Federal Sector Practice until 2017. Currently, they are working as a Director at C Evans Consulting since 2018.

Terry Melvin Heil completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing at the University of Maryland from 1983 to 1987. Then, from 2001 to 2003, they pursued an MBA degree at the same institution.
