Akeem Babatunde

Akeem Babatunde has accumulated extensive experience in the food manufacturing industry over the course of their career. Akeem held various leadership roles at companies such as Frito Lay, CH Guenther & Son, Dole Fresh Vegetables, and Kroger Manufacturing. Their roles involved overseeing manufacturing operations, supply chain management, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives. A notable achievement includes leading the largest manufacturing facility at Kroger Manufacturing with over 540 engaged associates. Currently, they serve as the Senior Director of Supply Chain & Continuous Improvement at The Kroger Company.

Akeem Babatunde completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics at Texas State University from 1984 to 1988. Akeem then went on to earn a Master of Science degree in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University from 1989 to 1991.
