Latasha has held various positions such as Director of North American Payroll, Payroll and Payroll Tax Director, Director of Payroll Management Services, Payroll Supervisor, Payroll Manager, Senior Payroll Analyst, Financial Compliance Auditor, Accounts Receivable Supervisor, and General Ledger Accountant. Latasha has managed payroll processes for a large number of employees across multiple companies and industries, demonstrating their expertise in payroll management and financial compliance.

Latasha Quarles attended Southern Wesleyan University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business. Latasha then went on to study Accounting at South University from 2008 to 2011.
