Larry Soucie

Larry Soucie has extensive work experience in the construction industry, specifically in millwork and project management. Larry has held various roles in different companies throughout their career.

From 2012 onwards, Soucie worked at C.H. Newton Builders, Inc, where they served as the Director of the Manufacturing Millwork Division, Estimator, and Construction Project Manager. Larry played a significant role in overhauling the millwork facility, implementing new manufacturing processes, and creating new positions in administration, estimating, engineering, project management, and manufacturing. Soucie focused on estimating and general and project management.

Prior to joining C.H. Newton Builders, Soucie worked at Kochman Reidt and Haigh in 2011 as a Production Manager and Estimator. Larry improved the organizational structure and manufacturing processes of the company, introduced a team-based approach, and restructured project budgeting and monitoring methods.

From 2009 to 2011, Soucie worked at South Shore Millwork as a Production Manager, Project Manager, and Sales representative. Larry was responsible for scheduling and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously and managing a team of millworkers. Soucie also implemented strategies to improve production methodologies and ensure profitability.

From 2003 to 2009, Soucie was the General Manager at Fallon Fine Cabinetry, Inc.

Larry started their career in 1994 at Fine Impressions, where they were the Owner and General Manager of a custom architectural millwork and renovations business. Larry was responsible for project design, estimating, contracts, purchasing, manufacturing, and installation of fine woodworking projects.
