Nadiya N. has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Nadiya is currently working at C. Hoare & Co. as the Head of Technology & Resilience, where they are responsible for strategic leadership in technology risk, supplier management, workplace technology, and delivery teams. Prior to this, they worked at Metro Bank (UK) where they held various positions including Head of Resilience & Continuity, Head of Customer Experience, and Head of Customer Operations, overseeing multiple operational teams and managing third-party vendors. Nadiya also has experience working at Vodafone as a Senior Business Manager and Project Manager, as well as at GSK as a Business Analyst and as part of their Future Leaders Programme.

Nadiya N. completed their Bachelor of Sciences degree in Biomedical Sciences at St George's, University of London from 2005 to 2008. After that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Retail & Digital Banking at Cranfield School of Management from 2018 to 2020. In terms of certifications, they obtained the CBCI certification from the Business Continuity Institute in August 2019. Prior to that, they acquired the Fundamentals of Risk Management certification from the Institute of Risk Management in January 2014. Additionally, Nadiya N. completed the PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner Certification Training from The Knowledge Academy in November 2010.
