Tony Collier serves as the Sommelier and Beverage Director at C Lazy U Ranch since July 2022, where responsibilities include managing wine selections and enhancing the dining experience at a luxury dude ranch. Previously, Tony held the position of Sommelier at Cork Wine Bar from May 2015 to June 2022, focusing on customer assistance, inventory management, and event preparations. Prior experience includes roles as Captain, Sommelier, and Assistant Manager at Rene at Tlaquepaque from April 2007 to July 2014, where Tony achieved recognition through the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence and expanded an extensive wine list. Tony holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from The University of New Mexico and has been certified by the Court of Master Sommeliers since 2014.
