Rick Rice is an experienced quality management professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Plant Manager and Quality Manager at CMP Corporation since July 2011, Rick develops and maintains quality procedures, conducts quality analysis, leads root cause analysis, and performs ISO internal quality audits. Rick also oversees yearly management reviews and manages communications with customers to resolve quality issues. Previously, Rick was the Quality Manager and Lean Director at MIC Group from October 1995 to July 2011, where responsibilities included overseeing all levels of quality control and assurance, as well as implementing root cause and corrective action analysis. Rick holds a degree from Central Bible College.
