Moti Schwartz has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on product management and solution architecture. Moti has held various roles in companies such as Mer Group, Mer Telecom, Rotal Networks, Optibase, and HOT Cable TV. In these positions, they have been responsible for managing turnkey communication solutions, designing and delivering end-to-end solutions for various networks, and managing product structures and new product introductions. Their expertise also includes management responsibilities for digital and analog services, ensuring 24x7 multi-channel television, and leading the development and implementation of digital pay-TV services.

Moti Schwartz completed their education from 2002 to 2005 at Hamichlala Leminhal, where they earned a Practical Engineer degree in Electronics and Communication. In 2009, they attended John Bryce and obtained a CCNA certification.
