Shikha Srivastava

Shikha Srivastava is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in human resources and software engineering. Currently serving as a Human Resources Executive at C-Metric since April 2022, Shikha focuses on the recruitment and selection process, creating job descriptions, advertising, conducting interviews, and collaborating with project managers to facilitate successful hiring. Previously, as a Recruitment Manager at POST A RESUME from March 2021 to April 2022, Shikha managed the entire recruitment cycle. Earlier experience includes working as a Software Engineer at Big Half, where Shikha specialized in UI development using AngularJS and Node.js, and as a Project Engineer at Nacre Software Service Pvt Ltd, contributing to Java projects and providing training on various technologies. Shikha holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University.
