Sofia Caterina Pugliese

Sofia Caterina Pugliese (裴智潔) serves as a Production Planning Coordinator and has held positions as a Production Planning Specialist at C.P. Company since April 2021. Previously, Sofia worked as an External Collaborator for Salvatore Vignola, contributing to an international strategy lab focused on innovative e-commerce, including website layout design and service research. Sofia was also involved in an international marketing project with KKAPSULE, where the selection of an emerging Italian fashion brand for collaboration and market research on products targeted at the Kazakh market were key responsibilities. Early experience includes a stage import role at Sebi and a sales assistant position at DKNY, Michael Kors, Ermenegildo Zegna, and Tom Ford, as well as a brief sales assistance role at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. Academically, Sofia holds a Laurea Magistrale in Global Entrepreneurship Economics and Management from Università degli Studi dell'Insubria and a degree from Università Ca' Foscari Venezia in Lingue, società e culture dell'Asia e dell'Africa Mediterranea, along with an overseas program at Fu Jen Catholic University.
