Bret Bowersox

Bret Bowersox has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Bret currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at C-P Flexible Packaging since September 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Sr. Director of Human Resources at CP Flexible Packaging from December 2018 to November 2021.

Before joining C-P Flexible Packaging, Bret worked as the Human Resources Director at Keystone Peer Review Organization from November 2017 to December 2018. Bret was responsible for overseeing all HR functions and managing a team of 5 to support 1300 employees across multiple locations in the US.

During their tenure, they implemented a goals and objectives-based incentive compensation program and consolidated 15 diversified bonus plans into one aligned with organizational objectives.

Prior to that, Bret worked as an HR Director at Fresenius Vascular Care from January 2011 to May 2016. Bret played a crucial role in facilitating the integration of American Access Care into FVC and acted as the chief liaison between both companies during the transition.

Their earlier experience includes serving as the Director of HR at York Wallcoverings, Inc. from July 2000 to January 2011. In this role, they oversaw the HR function for a multi-site operation and implemented various cost-cutting initiatives, such as a Healthy Lifestyle Incentive Program and joining a self-insured captive for healthcare.

Bret's career in HR began at Cintas (formerly known as Rental Uniform Service), where they worked as a Regional HR Manager from October 1995 to July 2000. Bret managed all aspects of HR for six facilities and successfully handled union avoidance efforts.
