Ian Donegan

Ian Donegan is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as the Corporate Director of Engineering at C-P Flexible Packaging since June 2024. Prior roles include Sr. Innovation and Engineering Manager at Kari-Out from September 2021 to June 2024 and Plant Engineer at Paige Packaging from July 2020 to September 2021. Ian's experience spans project engineering management within Sabert Corporation from 2015 to 2020, focusing on automation and equipment development in thermoforming production lines, overseeing multi-million-dollar projects, and enhancing manufacturing processes. Prior to this, Ian was a Senior Engineer at Sealed Air Corporation from 1999 to 2015, where management of cross-functional teams and successful plant operations were key responsibilities. Ian holds both a Master of Science in Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
