Andrew Merriman

Andrew Merriman has a strong background in finance and leadership roles. Andrew currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at C.P. Hart since June 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the Interim CFO at Anya Hindmarch from December 2018 to June 2019. From October 2015 to November 2018, they were the CFO at Sweaty Betty. Before that, they held the CFO position at Thomas Pink from November 2012 to December 2015. Andrew also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Gieves and Hawkes plc from May 2010 to May 2012 and as the CFO at Tie Rack Retail Group from February 2008 to March 2010. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as the Group Finance and HR Director at Alfred Dunhill, where they significantly expanded the leather business and developed the China business. Andrew began their career as an Audit Senior at BDO from September 1988 to December 1991.

Andrew Merriman attended Tonbridge School in the UK from 1979 to 1984. Andrew then went on to study Economics at the University of Exeter from 1984 to 1987, earning a BA Hons degree. Afterwards, they pursued a degree in Chartered Accountancy at ICAEW from 1988 to 1991, earning the qualification of FCA.
