Jason Evins has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Jason started their career at Cooper Communities in 2002 as a Finance Manager and worked there until 2005. In 2008, they co-founded The Wine Cellar, a successful wine bar/restaurant which they managed alongside their full-time job for 5 years, eventually selling it for a profit in 2013. Jason returned to Cooper Communities in 2009 as the VP of Operations and stayed until 2012. Following that, they joined Walmart in 2012 as a Real Estate Manager and gradually took on more responsibilities, eventually becoming a Senior HR Manager and a Senior Real Estate Manager. Jason left Walmart in 2016 to become the Chief Financial Officer at C.R. Crawford Construction.

Jason Evins received their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a major in Accounting from the University of Arkansas, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Jason later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same university, completing their studies in 2002. In addition to their formal education, Jason obtained a certification from the CCIM Institute, namely the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, in October 2015.
