Sinan Chatziosman began their career as a Site Engineer Trainee at Zarzavatsakis Panagiotis Co. Ltd in 2003. Sinan was responsible for setting out and reading drawings, planning, and supervising construction activities. Sinan then joined the Hellenic Army in 2009 as a Sergeant Major in the Infantry, where they led a platoon of 25 soldiers and received training in adverse conditions and weapon systems. In 2014, they became an Elected Councillor and Management Consultant at the Municipality of Myki in Greece, where they responded to residents' queries, investigated concerns, and represented local organizations at council meetings.

Following this, Sinan worked as a Graduate Civil Engineer in the Flood Risk Management Team at Highland Council from 2015 to 2017. Sinan managed the Mill Burn Flood Alleviation Scheme and administered NEC3 contracts. Sinan then joined The City of Edinburgh Council as a Project Manager in the Transport Design & Delivery Team from 2017 to 2019. In this role, they managed various carriageway and footway schemes, overseeing design, tendering, inspection, and project delivery.

In 2019, Sinan joined Turner & Townsend as a Project Development Manager, later transitioning to the roles of Project Manager, Infrastructure, and Project Manager. Sinan successfully managed projects related to the Local Development Plan Action Programme and secured funding from SUSTRANS. Sinan also handled stakeholder management and engagement, tender document preparation, and evaluation of tender bids.

Currently, Sinan is working at CR Smith since 2021, where they have held roles such as Technical Operations Manager, Head of Technical Quality and Logistics, and Head of Technical Operations. Sinan Chatziosman's education history includes obtaining a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Petroleum Engineering from Heriot-Watt University in 2013.
