Crystal Pokorney

Crystal Pokorney has a long and varied work experience. In 2022, they began working as an OCM Change/Business Analyst for C-Shift Consulting. From 2019 to 2022, they were a Government Accounting Specialist (Change Agent) at Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies, where they improved cross functional relationships and communications to address internal misperceptions related to Federal government contract regulations. From 2011 to 2012, they were a Volunteer (Fed Gov. Procurement Specialist) at The Conflict Center, where they completed train-the-trainer classes to teach conflict and anger management, developed marketing materials, created training guides, and participated in the Reading For Peace program at various elementary schools. During this time, they were also Self-Employed as a Freelance. From 2007 to 2011, they were a Program Manager/Project Manager at Total Solutions Inc, where they were responsible for managing two contracts with a combined value of ten million dollars. From 1994 to 2007, they were a Federal Contractor for the Dept. of Interior, where they were a Supervisor of Payments, Collections and Reconciliation Teams, provided employee training, directed work assignments, assessed employee performance, approved work schedules and time off, and certified submitted timesheets were correct.

Crystal Pokorney received their Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication from Metropolitan State University of Denver in 2009. Crystal has also obtained several certifications, including PowerPoint Quick Tips from LinkedIn in January 2022, Communicating Internally during Times of Uncertainty from LinkedIn in October 2021, Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci in October 2021, and Gemba Kaizen: A Commonsense Approach to Continuous Improvement (Blinkist Summary) from LinkedIn in September 2021.
