Crystal Pokorney has a long and varied work experience. In 2022, they began working as an OCM Change/Business Analyst for C-Shift Consulting. From 2019 to 2022, they were a Government Accounting Specialist (Change Agent) at Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies, where they improved cross functional relationships and communications to address internal misperceptions related to Federal government contract regulations. Crystal Pokorney received their Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication from Metropolitan State University of Denver in 2009.
