Michael Feyen

Michael Feyen has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2001 when they were a Trainer and Training Development Consultant for Carl Duisburg Centrum. In 2004, they became a Consultant for IFM In-depth Research and Strategies, where they consulted on organizational strategy, brand strategy and product positioning for clients in the U.S. and Europe. From 2008-2009, they were a Leadership Development Coach and Teaching Assistant at Columbia Business School, and a Teaching Assistant at Teachers College, Columbia University. In 2009, they joined IBM Global Business Services as a Consultant, Senior Consultant and Manager of Strategy and Change. In 2018, they became an Internal Transformation Consultant at Deloitte Consulting and a Community Leader for the Greater Denver Area at PICA - Professional Independent Consultants of America. In 2019, they joined C-Shift Consulting as a Transformation Project Leadership, and in 2012 they became the Managing Director of Paradigma Strategy Consulting.

Michael Feyen received a B.A. in Business Administration and Political Science from Hope College in 2001, followed by an M.A. in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University in 2009. Michael also participated in a study abroad program at IES Abroad.
