Rachel Taekla

Rachel Taekla has worked in the field of organizational effectiveness and learning solutions since 1999. Rachel began their career at Frontline Group E-Learning as the Director of Knowledge Management in 1999. Rachel then moved to TreeLine Training Inc. in 2001, where they worked as a Curriculum Designer/Project Manager. In 2007, Rachel joined Children's Hospital Colorado as the Director of Service Excellence. In 2009, they became the Sr Manager, Global Engagement and Learning at Newmont Mining Corp. Most recently, Rachel has been the Chief Executive Officer at C-Shift Consulting since 2013.

Rachel Taekla earned a Master of Arts Degree in Education from the University of Northern Colorado between 1992 and 1994. Rachel also earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Keene State College between 1986 and 1990.
