Barrett Ladd has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. They started their career at Management Ventures, Inc. in 1997 as a Senior Analyst, where they led a team in researching and analyzing various retail channels. In 2000, they joined Gomez as a Senior Analyst in the retail sector. From 2001 to 2016, Barrett worked as a Strategic Research & Business Consultant for multiple companies, providing primary and secondary research to drive strategy and decision-making. They also worked as a Research Analyst at Monster Insights during this time. In 2016, Barrett joined National Grid as a Manager of Market Intelligence, where they were responsible for capturing and sharing customer feedback across the company. They managed the Market Intelligence team from 2020 to 2022. Currently, in 2022, Barrett is the Director of Market Research & Brand Strategy in the Health sector at C Space.

Barrett Ladd holds an MBA degree in Business from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from Trinity College-Hartford. Additionally, in 2019, Barrett obtained the Forrester CX-Pro (CX-I) certification from Forrester.
