Chuck Hartley

Chuck Hartley currently holds the position of Senior Manager of Voice Services - VoIP at C Spire since December 2021. Previously, Hartley served as Supervisor of Network Assurance at Verizon, managing MTSO Facilities and ensuring network reliability. At Black Box Network Services, Hartley was Director of Operations for the West Region, overseeing a multi-state team across several profit centers. Hartley held the role of VP of Operations at Unity Telecom LLC, responsible for various operational aspects of a CLEC. Additional experience includes Director of Network Operations at Norlight, General Manager at Hartley, LLC, Chief Technology Officer at e-Tel, Lead Switch Technician at Sigecom LLC, and a strong foundational role at KDL/LDM and the United States Air Force. Hartley earned an Associate's degree in Electronic Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
